Service provider

WayProMotion (WPM) provides marketing services to businesses in Latvia and the EU. The provider is Olegs Makarovs, registered as self-employed in Latvia, tax registration number 13036712724. Proposal and agreement

A message via WhatsApp, Telegram or email, or a phone call, does not place an order or create an obligation to pay. Before work starts, both parties agree the scope, deliverables, timescale, price including applicable taxes, payment and acceptance terms, and how changes or cancellation will be handled. These are recorded in a proposal and contract.

Price and timing

Displayed prices apply to the described initial scope. Wider work and its final price are agreed before payment. Advertising platform spend and third-party services are charged separately. Any additional work needs separate agreement.

The 48-hour diagnostic timeframe covers one agreed task and begins once the necessary materials and payment have been received. Implementation and ongoing support schedules are agreed separately.

Results and responsibility

The service delivers the agreed materials, settings and completed work. Sales volume, search rankings, cost per enquiry and return on investment also depend on demand, the offer and how the business handles enquiries. Results from one project are not a promise of the same outcome for another.

Cancellation and questions

Cancellation and payment for completed work follow the terms agreed before payment. Send questions or complaints to reference@wayprom.com, describing the issue and providing a contract number if available. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights where applicable. The site does not take online payments or form contracts automatically.

Materials and tools

Portfolio materials illustrate WPM’s experience. Use of a trademark does not imply current partner or certified status. AI is a supporting tool; a person reviews content and decisions. Further use of the site’s materials requires the rights holder’s permission.
